We contacted Julie for help in purchasing a property we could use as a vacation rental. We had not visited Port Aransas in several years and were not familar with the various options (high-rise condo, freestandng condo, single-family residence). Julie did an amazing job showing us around the island and getting us familiar with the various properties. She was extremely helpful in obtaining and sharing historical rental data to help us evaluate the business-side of the purchase. She made great recommendations with regard to financing and insurance providers. She was extremely helpful at every stage of the process: prospecting, negotiating, and closing. She was also great about responding to our endless questions and never rushed us into making decisions. When we purchase another property in Port A, Julie will be our agent!
